※食用方式：
   常溫退冰-放置常溫26度中解凍60-90分鐘，解凍時間長短各有不同風味，可依個人喜好自行斟酌。
※天使蛋糕退冰後為保有最佳賞味口感，請勿重覆冷凍，建議退冰後請立即食用完畢。



1.我們的蛋糕在製作過程中不添加乳化劑、保溼劑，為保有蛋糕最佳香氣和口感，建議當日食用完畢。

2.產品製程中需冷凍固化、夾餡裝飾、急凍保鮮，為顧及品質和確保運送過程安全，現場現貨蛋糕和宅配蛋糕都採冷凍出貨。若有無法等待退冰時間，需馬上食用，請來電告知或於訂單備註欄加註(冷藏出貨)。
